The Da Nang Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority (DIEPZA) recently reported that industrial parks of the city have attracted 27 domestic and foreign investment projects worth approximately 1.8 trillion VND and 16.3 million USD in total in the first 9 months of 2014.
Most notably, the DIEPZA granted investment certificates to two large-scale projects at Hoa Khanh Industrial Park in October this year. They were the Central Region Distribution Centre & Manufacturing Plant of Masan Danang Co Ltd with total investment of 400 billion VND, and the Steel Pipe Manufacturing Plant of Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Co Ltd with total investment of 255 billion VND.
